At Leaveit2AI, we strive to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all advertising and listing services. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Eligible for Refund

Pre-Activation Cancellation

100% Full Refund: If you cancel your order before your listing goes live or before any work has been initiated on your behalf (within 48 hours of purchase and before submission of tool details).

Example: You purchased a plan but decided not to proceed before submitting your tool information.

Terms of Service Violation (Your Tool)

80% Partial Refund: If your tool violates our Terms of Service and we are unable to list it, you will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deduction covers administrative costs, payment processing fees, and time spent reviewing your submission.

Common violations include:

  • Trademark or brand infringement (using well-known brand names)
  • Adult, NSFW, or inappropriate content
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical services
  • Non-functional or inaccessible tool websites
  • Submission of duplicate or spam listings

Service Not Delivered

100% Full Refund: If we fail to deliver the promised services within the stated timeframe (48 hours for paid plans, 30 working days for free listings) and you haven't received any listing activity, you're entitled to a full refund.

Not Eligible for Refund

After Listing Goes Live

Once your tool listing is published and live on our platform, refunds are not available. This includes all plan features such as Featured Tags, Verified Badges, Dofollow Backlinks, and dedicated pages.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after your listing is published, or if you're dissatisfied with the results (traffic, conversions, etc.), refunds are not provided. We deliver the services as described in our plans.

Completed Services

Services that have been fully rendered (e.g., Featured Tag period has elapsed, blog post has been published, backlink is live) are non-refundable regardless of performance outcomes.

External Factors

We are not responsible for external factors affecting your tool's performance, including but not limited to: changes to your website, server downtime, algorithm changes, market conditions, or your own marketing efforts.

Link Cancellation & Quality Standards

Important: Dofollow Backlink Policy

Leaveit2AI reserves the absolute and unconditional right to convert any dofollow backlink to nofollow or remove it entirely at our sole discretion if:

    Your tool violates our Terms of Service

    Including but not limited to trademark infringement, illegal activities, or unethical practices.

    Your tool's website becomes inaccessible or non-functional

    We maintain high quality standards and will not link to broken or offline services.

    The link negatively impacts our SEO or domain authority

    We continuously monitor our site health. If any link is flagged as harmful or causes penalties, we will take immediate action.

    Google or search engine policy changes require it

    We comply with all search engine guidelines and may adjust link attributes accordingly.

    Your listing receives consistent negative user feedback or complaints

    We protect our community and may modify link status if user reports indicate issues.

No Refund for Link Changes:

Modification or removal of dofollow backlinks due to the above reasons does NOT entitle you to a refund or credit, as this is necessary to protect the integrity, rankings, and reputation of our platform. All other plan features remain active.

Refund Processing Time

  • Request Review: 1-3 business days

    Our team will review your refund request and respond via email.

  • Refund Issuance: 5-10 business days

    Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Varies by institution

    Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit in your account.
